IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION
NEW REGISTRATION WINDOWS:
You may notice that we have switched from Early Bird and On-Site registration windows to Early Bird, Regular, and Late Registration windows. We have a lot of planning to do, supplies to order, and want to put on the best event possible FOR YOU, so we hope that this will encourage you to make your decision to attend early and take advantage of the lower registration fees.

EARLY BIRD DEADLINE: JULY 15
REGULAR REGISTRATION DEADLINE: JULY 16 - AUGUST 15
LATE REGISTRATION DEADLINE: AUGUST 16 - SEPTEMBER 17
*After 9/17, you must contact TCRA via phone for registration availability.

To qualify for the specific rate window:
We must receive your registration and full payment by the deadline
OR
Your registration form AND proof that you’ve submitted your registration for payment through your County by the deadline.

The earlier that we know you are going to attend, the better planning decisions we can make to ensure a great event!

OFFICIAL COURT REPORTERS:
It is imperative that you email a copy of your registration form to TCRA (TCRAHQ@EMBARQMAIL.COM) with confirmation that you have submitted to your County for payment so that we can have you on our registration list as early as possible. Most often the County does not send anything on to us until the payment is sent, which may take several weeks, and we will need to know in advance that you will be attending.

OUT-OF-STATE ASSOCIATION MEMBERS:
If you’re itching to get out of town and want to earn CEs while having some Texas-sized FUN, we will honor our member pricing for you!

If you are an out-of-state court reporter who is a member of your own state’s reporting association, please submit the registration form marking the member rate along with proof of your active membership through your state association.

HEALTH GUIDELINES
Barring changes impossible to predict at this point, such as mask mandates or stay-at-home orders, we will be moving forward with our in-person convention.

TCRA will be following whatever health and safety guidelines are in place by Kalahari Resort or the State of Texas at the time of the event.

Social distancing is recommended whenever and wherever possible. This will be difficult in seminar rooms as seating would be very limited if we were to space everybody 6 feet apart, but we encourage everybody to wear a mask to keep yourself and your colleagues as safe as possible.

Written requests for refund must be postmarked or emailed by the Regular registration cutoff date. A 15% administrative fee shall be assessed for each cancellation. No refunds will be given to requests received after the deadline or for “no shows.”

Refunds will be processed after the event; please allow 4-6 weeks. TCRA is not responsible for nonrefundable airline tickets or other travel expenses.

Food guarantees must be given to all meal events, and packets must be prepared in advance; therefore, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after the cancellation time/date.
