Reservations will be made on or before July 23, 2010 12:00 Midnight (the “Cut-Off Date”) to receive the negotiated group rate.
Reservations will be made by individuals calling the Hotel directly at (512) 392-6450 or Embassy Suites Brand Reservations number, 1-800-EMBASSY. Individuals must identify themselves as being with the TCRA Leadership Seminar & Board Meeting at the time the reservation is made in order to receive the group rate.
